I love the color and shading it is really pretty but there is one thing. It looks like she has no bottom. It looks like she has no pants so that is about the only thing other than that it is really pretty.

Well, I don't feel too good but I'll try to give you a proper critique. Sorry if I'm a bit mean. So uhm, I have mixed feelings towards the drawing. Certain parts are fine and they look great. Like the hair, the eyes and the facial expression. But other parts like her waist and her neck look a bit weird and could have been done better. Also, I think it would have been better if you tried to make a background on your own. But then again, I have no idea if it's easy for you to make backgrounds so maybe I'm wrong on that one.
Anyways, I think it looks okay but I know you can do better. Sorry if I sounded mean. Maybe I shouldn't even be writing a critique right now but I wanted to help you out by sharing my opinion.
