Inspired by Tears for Fears' song. I've been re-reading 'Detective Conan' (or Case Closed for all you who don't know what the -real- name is), and one of the earliest mangas I ever read 'Magic Kaito'.
I wanted to have a go at Aoyama's style, because I love love love it to pieces. I half-succeeded.
This isn't necessarily slash, it wasn't what I had in mind when I drew this. However, if you want to take it as such then go ahead! I'm certainly not adverse to KaiShin
Anyway, this came to my head when I was listening to my Tears for Fears albums this morning, and I've spent all but an hour and a half on it. I also tried a different coloring technique, soooooo.... any opinions?

Kid is such a player, however I don't think Shinichi would fall prey to those devastatingly handsome good looks. After all! He seems them in the mirror every day! lol

I have to say, I've always found the KaiShin pairing to be intriguing, but I also love the KaiHei one as well. I have a friend who like Kaito/Hakuba, but me personally I don't like Hakuba. He annoys me.

It is pretty intriguing cause Shin would be falling for Kid, but he's got a duty to uphold the law. XD
I never read the Magic Kaito series, so I've not really read much about Hakuba.

Having said that there is only one jewel in particular that Kaito is looking for, called the Pandora jewel, and any that aren't it he brings back. He's just borrowing for a while. 
I can link you to the Magic Kaito manga online, if you want; it's an early, early manga, and quite cool because it starts off in a completely different style to the one we know in DC, and matures into it. You can see the changes

Yaaaaaaaayyyyyy, opinion at lastttt~! You don't think it's too cell-like? I wasn't sure because it isn't as smoothed-in as my normal coloring.
The poses were a bitch, expecially since I was trying to imitate Aoyama's style. But I'm glad you like them~!

Kid's a tease and right prankster; it's not unusual for him to do this kind of thing. Hell, he'll dress up as a tan-skinned Californian girl with blond hair if it gets him away successfully from the police
