Description A new OC from my friend from his verse.

Lobelia and bio (c)

Age: 18 during life.
Planned voice: Mikako Komatsu
Species: Revenant

Background: Lobelia hails from the same world that Sho and his team come from. She is one of three siblings. Before the Wraith outbreak, Lobelia was adopted into a very wealthy household. She didn't have either her biological parents nor her adoptive parents around either, as she was abandoned as a baby and her adoptive parents disappeared when she was young. All that she had to lean on was her older brother Nero, and to put it bluntly, her older brother was a lying snake. He kept on the facade of caring about her to further his own ambitions. He told her that their parents were killed and that humans were not to be trusted. The only people they could rely on were each other. In reality, Nero himself killed their parents to inherit all of their wealth, and he had intended to do the same for Lobelia too, but decided he wanted to be even wealthier. Being a well seasoned killer already (he paid to be taught by top class assassins), Nero decided to teach Lobelia everything he knew about fighting and killing, with the intent of going on a spree of murders and robberies until he could say he was the wealthiest man in the world. Lobelia, having no concept of right versus wrong yet, nor having anyone to lean on besides her older brother, went along with it. Something that Lobelia and Nero had in common was a wildly short temper, however in Lobelia's case, she would go berserk when her anger got the better of her, something that Nero knew well enough how to take advantage of. By sometime later in her life, she was more like a guard dog to him instead of a sibling. Though, as if karma itself came for Nero and Lobelia's lives, Nero's wealth was short lived as the Wraith attacks made their way to their home as well, and both were overwhelmed by the sheer number and power of them. Nero died first, and Lobelia was sent into a berserk rage, killing many Wraiths before they were able to take her down. Her last thoughts were of her brother, and the intense rage she felt trying to save him  as well as avenge him.

This was not the end of her life for good, though. Lobelia, like many others, was reborn as what's known as a Revenant. A rare deviation of Revenants are called Revenant Knights; Revenants who have access to an armored state which grants them new abilities and enhanced power. However, there are a select few who have become what's known as Tyrant Knights; stronger Revenant Knights who are usually in service to the evil entity known as The Revenant King. Lobelia held onto her humanity through feelings of rage and memories of her brother, and because her feelings were so violent in nature, they allowed her to become a Tyrant Knight instead. She was revived along with her brother, though the two were separated. Since that time, she's wandered solo, and with little control over her emotion or her newfound power, she would go on indiscriminate rampages in her Tyrant Knight form, taking the lives of human, Wraith, and Revenant alike. It wasn't until a chance encounter with Sho, and a battle following after, that she was able to be calmed by an ability Sho discovered; using the sign on his hand can force an out of control Revenant into a docile state. She originally planned on avoiding them, but joined because she felt an odd comfort around Sho.

Personality: Lobelia is a loner, first and foremost. She doesn't enjoy conversing with others, not that she can do it much to begin with. Whether it's by choice or some side effect placed onto her after becoming a Revenant, she does not speak. The only way she vocalizes is through grunts, groans, and other sounds. Very rarely will she speak complete words, and even more rarely will she speak entire sentences. Trying to socialize with her without her trusting you first will usually result in getting a cold shoulder. She loves her brother dearly, completely oblivious to the fact that he is a monster who had her commit various atrocities for him without a care for how she would turn out or what would become of her fate. As such, she has a habit of breaking away from groups to explore new places, both because of an almost child-like innate curiosity and knack for exploring, as well as a strong hope to find her brother. She is easy to anger and hard to calm down. She thinks humans are evil because of her brother's teachings and is generally untrustworthy of them, even more so after becoming a Revenant. Lobelia, after a violent outburst, will usually distance herself from even her friends because she feels ashamed of her violent nature.

Abilities: Like most Revenants, Lobelia has become more durable and can take more punishment than a human can. However, both because she trained a great deal as a human, and the fact that she revived as a Tyrant Knight, Lobelia's physical ability tops that of average Revenants. In battle, she has no issue fighting hand to hand, but prefers the use of a pair of twin swords. When transforming into her Tyrant Knight form, she gains doubled strength and speed, at the cost of her rational thinking. Her twin swords become a pair of claw gauntlets as well, allowing her to slash and pierce through her enemies. She can also grip enemies with her claws and crush them. She can enter into a powered up state which forces her armor to take on a wolf-like appearance, improving her strength further.
