A cosplay for her would not be that har to put together.. ^^ You'll need:
1. Pink shirt and red ribbon for neck
2. Cheap, short black dress
3. Red shoes (I recommend flats, because they comfortable ^^*)
4. simple leggings/ stockings
5. pink wig (Luka wig would work just fine :3)
6. horns can be made out of clay and then attach to clear, plastic headband ^^
