Description My Abyss cosplay was finaly finished! It was so hard! creating two open crinolines and make sure they wouldnt go out of balance... wow... i diffently wont do something like this again in such a short time xD

I wore it at Genkicon 2012 where Silas took some photos of me and :3 They turned out to be rather good so now i'm uploading one of them <3 I really wanna go on a shoot at a great location sometime though <3

I only had three weeks for this cosplay - plus the four prop that was in our act, practice, music etc~ You can watch the act here: [link]
But i'm never doing this big a costume and act in such a short time again xD and i need to do some corrections on this costume now that things arnt so stressed anymore - but for now; enjoy xD

I'm currently in the middle of a tayloring education, so i'm graduately getting better at sewing. Though, just 4 years back i could hardly sew anything either~

That's pretty cool. I have really attempted sewing before on a smaller scale, but I don't really have any forethought skills, so nothing ever came out right XD.
You're definitely very good now! The dress is so PRETTY!! I just adore the Will's clothes . Those roses too. They look so real! The only other ones I've seen are these little blue rolls of fabric .
It the dress as comfortable as it looks?

And no, the dress is definetly not as comfortable as it looks, as iam wearing a corset underneath it xD but i most say i felt pretty in it, so it was alright xD
And credits for idea behind the roses go to my lover - who inveted this way of making roses xD

Oh God, that's gotta hurt. I've never been stuffed into a corset so I can't quite relate with you I'm afraid, but I've never heard them to be comfortable before XDDD. (Grammerfail? XD)

I think one of the most difficult thing in this costume is the "ball gown". Your is really beautiful, maybe one of the most Will os the Abyss cosplay that I've ever seen!
