WATERCOLOR for the first time.... outcome? Failed T.T1 week ago i bought a 'WaterColor Thick NoteBook' and a 'WaterColor Pencil' +D its really cool. it looks just like color pencil, but when u take a brush, dip it in water, and brush the colors. and it turns just like a water painting! +D it is simply amazing.
But my first attempt wasnt good so im goin to practice more. i was got a papercut from the thick paper T_T its soooo thick....
anyway, i drew it with a pen and did a watercolor over it. and photoshoped only with 'Sumi-e' on filter option ^^
This is a girl from an anime called 'Elfen Lied' =] its really good. but very gory.. lol

I love the sketchyness of this drawing ^^ and the lighting effect. I have water colour pencils, but I ever use them because I can't paint ^^' I was made to get some normal water colours for art class though and I think they might be even harder to use

maybe it looks bad compared to the rest of your stuff, idk, but this is really good. the way it was done and everything..it just turned out amazing.

Thank u ^^ and yeah, i dont think its that good compare to my other stuff. all my stuff is done with photoshop so it looks ok =] so now i gotta practice

i agree :3 everything that is elfen lied is cool and so much blood..it is as the saying goes: the average anime character has 47 gallons of it xD
