Been working on this for the past month.papermodel bondo/fiberglass spackle
crafted for a friend cosplaying Megaman zero at Acen 2011
everything turned out well

i had to smother bondo onto a essentially a paper hat so the fiberglass really added sturdyness. if you have a sturdy enough structure im sure you could smear bondo onto it but I wouldnt advise it :]

Do you have to use Bondo fiberglass or can you just use bondo resin alone?
