This is a really moving photo, her facial expression reads "worried," "sad," "lonely."
You can really see it in her eyes, and the fact that you left some color there really brings out that emotion. Combined with the way her hair is blowing along her face and such, I love it.

This photo is very expressive, and certainly deserves to be in the Emotive Portraits category. It's all in the eyes, or actually in the one that's most visible. Though what certainly adds to the work is the slightly wild hair. That, in combination with the expressive eyes, gives off an atmosphere that I'd describe as... haunted, I think. It's almost like she's haunted by something only she can see/hear/feel/sense. This almost makes it look supernatural and surreal, but in a very good way.
Although the photo is black and white, the eye is not, is it? There's a bit of colour in there and that's a really nice tough, in my opinion. It draws the attention of the viewer to the eye, and I think that this amplifies the expressive impact the photo already has. So you did a very good job on that.
Soemthing that you might want to try next time: the left I isn't very well visible, and I think you should do something about that. How about you try to make it completely visible (like the right eye), or not visible at all, by hiding it behind the hair? I think this would have more of an impact. Of course, this is only my personal opinion, and you are free to ignore it if you'd like, but I still thought I'd comment on it
Overall, I think this is a beautiful photo, and I hope you'll keep up the good work!
Oh, and I say "her" and "she" all the time, but just in case it's a guy, I'm sorry, okay? xD
