A pokemon that usaly lifes in very cold areas, he as very thick furr who doesn't let cold water to it's skin, has membranes beethwen his toes
2. at lv 18 Icewo
type: Water , Ice
Like to life in cold areas, can swim well couse of membrances beethwen his toes, likes to eat fish and uses his tail for swimming around
3. at lv 32
swimms perfectly and very fast due his membances beethwen his toes and his tail. even if it looks agessive it's very friendly and smiles often(other than other pokemon showing his theet by this pokemon menas happyness not beeing angry and such), his front paws are perfekt for catching fish and swimm in water,also it can walk pretty good on land id it folds it's front paws to fists
