Looks really cool! Maybe a bit sketchy but other than that it looks good. The textures around the neck and on the upper body are cool. It could be refined a bit and a better background would be pretty cool. The background does not look good and matches the picture but something like a cave in the background or something like that would look pretty cool. It is up to you, the artist, after all though.
Hope this feedback helped. To be honest, this is my first time doing this and I am not too good with art. Good luck with future work!
