That girl with the blue hair is Diamond Hikari, the Dragon of Light and the Elementalist. She's also a part dragon human being, due to the Celestial Mark that she's born with, and she's created by my best friend, Fairy-Gal I did asked her a permission to draw her and some of her OCS and she said yes.

Umm... because my paper that I drew on is abit too little and it didn't have any enough space for me to fully draw Raimundo, so he won't have to be half hided. So, yeah... sorry about that.
