Sooo this boy is also a MHA character~
His Quirk is Numb. Basically if you touch his skin you will feel emotionally numb for a bit, longer you touch him the longer you are numb for.... Of course he himself has the the hardest time showing his true emotions so he doesn't really like his quirk.

A lot of people think he doesn't like anyone which definitely isn't the case but most of the time he can't express that well so... He normally has a blink expression 95% of the time!

Tho alcohol does numb out his quirk so when drunk he is super expressive! Which can throw everyone off sometimes!
