Well, it depends on what kind of drawing programs you have on your computer. What do you have?

Well, I use Adobe programs to make my stamps. Like Fireworks or Photoshop, but those are of course expensive. MS Paint should be an okay program to use. However, I think MS Paint eliminates the ability to have transparency on borders. Do you have that? And do you want to make animated stamps, in particular?

I don't yet have MS Paint on myΒ computer, But it sounds like a good program. And since Adobe is compatible with my computer I think that that would be the best choice.
I'm mostly going to do photography, but I'll probably be making the occasional stamp and just wanted to make sure I knew how. Thank you so much for helping!Β

Just another quick suggestion, you border templates that are found here on dA. Most will help you get the standard size and style for your stamps.
