New character! And guess what she is she's kind of a~ SELF INSERT
Yeah, I wanted to meet one of your OCs in person? Well, that kinda gave me an idea to make Sora—a designated self insert, based off of present and past qualities of myself—to kind of make that thing happen. However, I have given Sora a life all her own, somewhat based off of mine, of course, and her own pokémon.

Her story is that she and her family are caretakers of a temple that's either in either Hoenn or Kalos. She acustomed to living in the woods and away from people and the city. She has two primary pokémon; a shiftry named Mako (sort for Makoto) and a poochyena named Ukyo. She also has a noivern that technically actually belongs to her family as a whole. His name is Dimitri, and he's usually off running errands for Sora's parents. He travels a lot, so it's not rare for him to be gone days at a time.

How Xack meets Sora is when Dimitri finds his way into the Adler's berry orchard and starts noming on some berries. Coincidentally, he is also injured and unable to fly back home. As it turns out, Xack's dad and Sora's dad are both old research buddies, and Dr. Alder sends Xack to take Dimitri back home. The girls eventually meet, both realizing that other than both having shiftry companions, they share a lot of other common interests, and become really great friends. They also decide to battle each other's shiftry, when Xack finds out that Mako can mega evolve. (I'm still waiting on that mega shiftry leak, Nintendo.)

I don't know if anyone would notice, but I based this piece's background the background of the HeartGold SoulSilver fire energy card, which has Ho-Oh and the Bell Tower in it. I have that card, and I'm happy to have it.
