Description Torej, za tole nisem imel v mislih nobenega pametnega naslova... bo kar ime datoteke. Stalo me je nekje med uro in uro in pol in je komaj kaj več kot pobarvana slika. Mi je pa še vedno všeč (verjetno zaradi tega, ker je za to sliko kar nekaj zgodbe).

I can't think of decent title — nvm filename it is.  Took me about an hour, hour and a half, so this is hardly more than a colored sketch. I like it enough, though. Probably because there's a good bit of story behind it.

Vertebrates are tetrapods, not hexapods.
The wings are nothing else than transformed upper limbs due to evolution, not an additional 3rd pair of limbs.

Dragons are hexapods, though, with four legs and a pair of wings. If you're thinking about winged tetrapods, then you're thinking about wyverns. There's also a third option for those familiar with D&D, as evolution posted a precedent for the gold dragon (though it's not really a dragon — 'wings' are extended ribs).

While it's true that losing limbs is more common than gaining them throughout the evolution, gaining/limb duplication isn't really that far fetched. After all, duplicating of various things isn't unheard of. Granted, more often than not the duplication only affects relatively minor things, but given the fact it happens really sets a precedent for quite a lot of things including, but not limited to, dragons.

P.S.: given your comment I can only assume you were very recently a bit "offended" by something I once wrote, which promptly promted you to visit my profile and do your thing. May I ask where did you take a note of me? I don't recall commenting on your works or visiting your gallery (though I don't mind you wandering through mine: you're more than welcome to take a stroll and fav anything you like), so it had to be somewhere else. I would like to know that bit because I wonder on which corners of the internet my presence gets rewarded with people paying attention, and having people pay attention to your works is usually a good thing.

Well, perdonally I find more convincing designs that utlize earthly evolutionary theory, thus considering wings as evolved upper limbs, rather than additional pair, however if we consider extraterrestrial worlds this might be more possible.

There's only one kind of evolutionary theory, and that kind of evolutionary theory can be TL;DR'd into "mutations happen randomly, natural (and sexual, in limited cases (see: animal husbandry) also artificial) selection then decides whether they stay or not." Which essentially means that designs of nearly any creature utilize earthly evolution theory because that's the only evolution theory there is. Even dragons — and that despite the fact vertebrates weren't too good at evolving an extra pair of limbs. (Also, what part of 'draco volans' did you fail to understand? I mean, yea the wings aren't a 'real' limb yet but it comes close enough.)
