I'm either a little rusty, or it's because I've never drawn these characters before, but how did this take me two days to finish!?
If there was more space on the page, I would've added Mettaton and Napstablook.
Oh, well. I'll just say that Mettaton's the one setting off fireworks from highest place in Hotland, and that Napstablook's the DJ for the party.

And I don't know why, but I keep picturing this taking place in Snowdin (thus giving Alphys and Undyne fur to wear) where everyone is standing by the river watching fireworks.
