I said I would do another fanart for Halloween, and I'm so glad I got this done. I've been wanting to draw these two for a long time, now. Black Hat from Villainous and Alastor from Hazbin Hotel.
I don't know why, but there's something about these two that keeps giving me that same vibe where their ominous demeanors just send chills down your spine. Must be their wicked grins. Who knows?
