I know this is a little sick...but I like that you have added the details of the waterlogged skin so well. Disgusting, but this would be truly what happens. The cells of the body become so engorged with water that they bloat. Read Death to Dust (book), it's written by a forensic scientist...the book is actually geared TOWARDS writers and artists, so they know what happens. Either way, this is phenomenal.
