Gorgeous. Typically, the top is either strapless or has a strap on one shoulder. I love how you made it. You can tell it's Harmonix. The typical elements are there. Personally, I don't add the heels. There are a few people that scrap them. All in all, it's a great design

Yeah, I wanted to ditch the heels myself at first I kept messing up multiple times when drawing them.

I've seen people say that they don't use the heels because it doesn't make sense underwater.

Well XD I can't argue with that, it doesn't make sense, people go swimming barefoot, normally XD
but I don't mind the heels that much I like transformation and how it looks, it's a joy to draw :3

Heels are a pain to draw sometimes, but I enjoy torturing myself XD
I like challenging myself and getting feedback from friends on what I can improve on, I would not have got this far without my friends as cheesy as it sounds it's hella true so I really appreciate each and every comment I get.

Yep. I have to find new ways to do stuff. The program I use doesn't have a lot of tools needed to do certain things. There are some cool tutorials though. And I'm comfortable using it
