It was a limit the admins posted because so many people were going to conventions and then submitting all fifty photos they took at a meetup. You get more submissions each week, yes, but I think the limit is three a week which totally sucks, because after being stuck in driver's ed for 26 hours I have a lot of traditional media to upload ahahaha
