Yeah, It's Sailor Uranus in the Sailor Moon Crystal style.. It's inspired by KrisRixNow, I'm working on Neptune, actually neptune one body is done, but I need to make the 2 head picture of her first. Wait for the finish version of Neptune, I hope soon can finished

Haruka looks like a guy in the original anime because the author, Naoko Takeuchi, drew Haruka with a male figure whenever she wore male clothing. However, whenever Naoko drew Haruka in female clothing (which was much more often than the original anime) she was drawn with a female figure. In the original anime, Haruka was always given male clothing and was always drawn with a male figure whenever she wasn't transformed, with one exception. If you watch the episode where Usagi first meets Haruka and Michiru (I don't remember the exact episode number, but I believe it was either the 2nd or 3rd episode of the third season) you'll see that Haruka is drawn with a male figure and a masculine face, however, at the end of the episode, Haruka reveals that she is indeed a girl and the animators gave her a female figure and feminine face even though she wasn't transformed. After that point her face remained feminine at all times, while her figure changed between male and female depending on whether or not she was transformed.

I would certainly hope that there are no contradictions in what I said, after all, Haruka is my favorite SM character so I paid pretty close attention to her part of the story.

They say she has the strength of both genders, whether or not that's supposed to imply that Haruka is both male and female isn't clear. I for one believe that she is fully female and just takes on personality traits usually associated with males.
