It is a mod called Mine little pony. The guy who made it is a jerk though, but it is still an interesting mod.

To get it working now, you have to get lite loader and then the mod. Then get a skin made if you want a custom one.

(This is how I install mods): You go to your .minecraft folder, create a secondary folder called 'mods' (without apostrophes), then you place your mods in there.

If you are on Windows, you have to enable the hidden folders option in the Explorer (Search on GOOGLE how to enable it if you don't know how), than go to the main hard drive (if you have multiple, it should be the C: drive), than go to Users. Go into the folder that has your username. Once there, if you have enabled the hidden folders option, you should see a folder called APPDATA (another way to get there is to, if on windows 8, right click on the bottom right corner, which should be a start button on windows 8.1, and click run. once there search %APPDATA%) and go to the ROAMING folder. In there should be .minecraft. In there, create a 'mods' folder (without the apostrophies) and paste the mod into there. Hopefully you have installed liteloader before that, or none of this would work. Now, go into the Launcher for MineCraft and go to profiles. Select "LiteLoader" and hit play. That's how you do it. All you need to do now is make a skin for your pony.
