Top of your class and the second shortest. He was a cold, sadistic boy that no one wanted to anger. Quite the troublemaker in his freshman years, once broke a guys jaw for spilling his tea. He was your best friend.
The two of you were seniors at Sina high, and prom was right around the corner. Literally right around the corner.

"Levi~" you cooed to the slightly taller male who was sitting down scrolling through his tumblr.
"Tch. What is it brat? And why did you drag me here?" He sighed in annoyance which made you grin.
"First, there are like noooo dresses left. Second, I wanted a male's opinion"
"Why didn't you ask your boyfriend" Levi was referring to Eren, captain of the football team, most popular guy in school, most hated guy on Levi's list. To say Levi disapproved of your relationship with him would of been an understatement. He hated the way that Eren carried himself, that stupid grin of his, the way he touched you. Just the fact he was your boyfriend and Levi wasn't just made his blood boil, cause Levi knew he could take care of you much better.
"Eren said he had football practice" you replied searching through the rack of dresses.
'Football practice on a Sunday?' Levi thought to himself, staring at your smaller frame. God you were beautiful, everything about you was perfect. The way you (h/c) hair framed your face, your soft voice could make any man melt...
"Earth to Levi? Come in Levi" he realized that you were right in front of him.
"Huh. What is it?" He noticed you holding three dresses.
"I said pick one, and I'll try it on" you shot him a concerned look. He sighed and pointed to the middle dress, you giggled because it was (f/c) your favorite. You grabbed Levi and pulled him to a chair that was right outside the dressing room.

"Would you stop singing Blank Space and change already"
"Someone has their panties in a knot..." You mumbled, zipping up the dress. You stared at yourself in the mirror, took a deep breath and walked out. "H-how do I look?" You scanned you best friend's face, looking for any sign of disgust. Levi Rose from his chair and walked in front of you, he playfully flicked your forehead.
"You actually look decent, brat." A small smile tugging at his lips, you looked stunning. You blushed a bit at his statement. "Now let's buy it, I'm starving" you both chuckled slightly, you figured that afterwards you'd go by the school and visit Eren.
That is if he was truly at practice.

"You didn't have to buy it Levi" you sighed walking out of the store.
"Oh but I did brat."
"I'll buy you lunch to-" your eyes widened, it couldn't be. Your heart sank, tears threatening to fall. It couldn't be, but it was...

It was Eren, and Mikasa kissing. Your boyfriend kissing another girl. You stood there paralyzed, in complete shock. After everything, he would cheat on you?
"Hey, what's-" Levi stopped mid sentence when he saw what got you so upset. "Let's go." He grabbed you by the hand and dragged you in the opposite direction, he didn't feel like beating the crap out of Eren in such a public place... Again. Levi decided it was best if you stayed at his place for the night, considering Eren lived right next door to you.

"I-I just can't believe it..." You sniffled a bit, the hot tears had pretty much ceased.
"Tch. That brat is gonna pay for making you cry" Levi handed you another tissue. You both were on the couch flipping through the channels, ofcourse nothing was on.
"Maybe I'm not good enough for him..." You trailed off, Levi dropped the remote and turned to you, his icy orbs softened a tad.
"Don't you ever think that... That shitty brat doesn't deserve you." Levi pulled you towards him, snuggling you softly. You were bestfriends, really, really, really close bestfriends. His chin was resting on your head, you both just enjoyed each others company for a bit.
"Well there I'm not going to prom. No need for the dress" you sighed deciding to break the silence. You glanced over at the plastic bag from the mall. Levi let out a small chuckle.
