That would be Kraig von Slither! He's Cerbera's (the white-haired girl) lover and used to be one of the highest ranking generals of the royal army. He was then banished into another dimension when Brugmansia (the older white-haired woman, aka. the queen and Cerbera's mother) found out about their relationship. That's where the story picks up once I manage to get more animations out. :--)
