Unlike the original Mangle, she doens't have a dismantled form.

She can be heard singing songs from either the left or right hallway, so you must close the door if she gets closer, and if you see her parrot Polly on the desk, you must click on her to make her go away, or if you just ignore her, she will let out louder chirps, which will lead Rockstar Mangle to the office, and if you don't close the door in time, it will result with Rockstar Mangle jumpscaring the player.
Her voice headcanon in the Ultimate Custom Night is the singer Cascada.
Her Game-Over dialogue is:
"I hope you enjoyed my singing, 'cause I'm sure you will enjoy it in your afterlife!"
"Looks like Polly here must have gotten excited, I just had to join the fun!"
"I hope you're okay with my hook being lodged in your face, my dear."
"What's that Polly? This guy here was ignoring you? Well, I'll take care of him!"
