At first glance, the art program seemed pretty nice. I liked the layout and the brushes, and the layers seemed fairly easy to use. I regretted these thoughts very shortly though, as when I attempted to draw a circle in my usual fashion, which is skribbling in a circle and erasing, I was very disappointed to see a hexagon instead. This was not the first of my problems, though, as when I went to get a smaller brush, I had set it to 1% thinking it was gonna be good enough. Astonishingly, no. Nothing showed up. Out of curiosity, I set it to zero percent, and it had shown up. So, zero percent is bigger than one percent? I liked the airbrush, though, it worked nice for coloring. The main pen tool worked best with quick, short lines for sketches. I also liked how you can set the softness for the brushes. Personally, I would give this a 6.5/10, if it wasn't as laggy / if tools didn't create hexagons instead of circles, it would be a good 8/10.
