It's good to be writing again. Honestly what I really want to do is song writing...I tried years ago with little success but I have some music school under my belt now and I feel ready to give it another go. My first step is to just start writing regularly again though and poetry is great for that. Feels like something I should just do regardless.

It's still fits & starts for me, but it's better than nothing.

That's good man, in the past you've been more consistent with posting than I've ever been. You have a style and you have the material, it might take some time and effort but I think you mostly just need to regain your confidence. 

On my end I think I can handle posting once a week now, something I could never commit to before. I do need to revamp my profile somehow though, because back in high school I made a bunch of choices for it that I didn't really think through . In the past I've always tried to write the best poems I could but I never really took the idea of 'being a poet' very seriously. I want to change that as much I can with the time and energy I have to spare.
