Description
You lay of a ice berg floating in the ocean of Antartica, stareing up at the sky looking at the clouds. Why may you ask that you're on a ice burg in the middle of the ocean? Because, you were a creature of the sea, a Mermaid.

You were a special type of Mermaid, a Antartic Mermaid to be exact. You had a tail that was covered in white scales, that had a tint of light blue, you wore a white sea shell bra that was tied onto you with a light blue type of sea plant, and most of all, when ever you feel threatend, or angry, you have sharp fangs that came out to deffend yourself. But, sadly, you were the last one of your kind. Yes, there are other Merfolk there, but, they are different. The have silver tails, with dorsal fins, and webbed fingers. You were the most beutiful of the Merpeople that lived here.

"Yo (name)!" Chase called from the water.

You sat up and say him swimming your way, "What the heck are you doing here?"

Chase had a silver fish tail anlong with a dorsal fin, he had short spikey blond hair, and had grey eyes.

Chase pulled himself up on the ice burg, "There's some weired dude, over at the rocks flirting with the Mermaids there."

You rolled your eyes, "Chase, just tell the perverted Merman to get lost."

"Um, (name)," Chase said sliding back into the water. "He's not Merfolk, he has legs, plus he can fly."

"What!?" you screamed and jumped into the water. "I have to see this!"

"Whoa! (name) wait up!"

You and your friend Chase, swam jumping out of the water like doliphins, until you both reached to rocks. the rocks is this huge streach of rocks that are out of the water all the time.

You saw other Mermaids laughing and giggling when ever the flying two-legged came near them. You saw that he had hair as white as freashly fallen snow, eyes as bluer than anything you have ever seen, he wore brown pants that were torn at the bottom exposing his feet, a blue hoodie with frost designs of it, and he carried with wooden staff that looked similar to a shepered's hook.

You ducked behind a rock while Chase desided to try to get rid of this guy.

"And that's how I got back at Bunny for putting iching powder on my sweat shirt," the white haired two-legged said finishing his story.

The Mermaids that surrounded him all laughed, "I got to say Jack Frost, you do know how to make a woman laugh," said one of the Mermaids

So that's the two-legged's name... Jack Frost, eh? Let's see if I can have some fun with him, you thought to yourself.

While Chase talked with the so called Jack Frost, you climbed onto a near by rock and began to play with your hair. This usually get's all the Mermen to notice you. Let's see if it will work on the two-legged.

~Jack's P.O.V~

Some weired Merman named Chase swam up to me and told me to leave. I told him to screw himself and he just left. It was pretty easy. Then I look over my shoulder and see this beautiful Mermaid with a white tail that had a tint of blue sitting on a rock playing with her hair. She was more beautiful then all the Mermaids here on the rocks combined. Her long (hair color) hair fell down in waves and curles to the small of her back. Man, I have to know her name!

"Hey, what's the name of the Mermaid over there?" I ask a Mermaid.

She looked over to the Mermaid that I have noticed. She made a look of disscust of her face, "Her name is (name). She's an Antartic Mermaid, last of her kind too. She's a native mermaid to these waters. While our kind, just's passes threw."

I smile, "Thank you, well excuse me ladies."

The Mermaids all sighed, and jumped into the water. I quietly fly over to the Mermaid (name)with out making a sound. But right when my feet touch the rocks behind her, she turns. She looks strait into my eyes. It was as if her hipnotic (eye color) eyes, could look into my soul.

~Your P.O.V~

Jack Frost stood behind you. His ice blue eyes wide with shock. You could see something in his eyes but coudn't put your finger on it. Was it curiosity? Was it lust? Was it temptation? You couldn't tell.

Jack took a seat next to you, "So, the Mermaids told me that your the last Antartic Mermaid on the planet. Is that true?"

You nodded, "Yes.... I am the last of my kind."

"I'm Jack by the way. Jack Frost."

"So I've heard."

"So, why don't you hang out with the other Mermaids?"

You hesitated. You never really liked talking about that reason, but, you desided to tell him anyways.

"I don't hang out with the others because they all hate me. Well the Mermaids do, not the Mermen. They like me because I'm the most beautiful Mermaid in this part of the Ocean. They call me a loner, freak, a fake, and... Man eater," you put your face in your hands.

"Why do they call you man eater?" Jack asked with worry in his voice.

You looked up at him, "Because of this."

You slipped into the water. Your face was just under the suface by inches. You opened your mouth, and your fangs came out.

Jack jumped back with a start. You then poped you head out of the water and just stayed in the water for now on.

"That's why the call me man eater. In the past, when Pirates sailed the Oceans, when ever they threatened my kind, we grab them, and bring them to the depths were they're drowned, and fed to the Cracken. But, then...." you stopped, tears filling your eyes.

"What happened (name)?" Jack asked getting closer to the water's edge.

"In 1843," you began. "Two bodies of Antartic Merfolk washed up on shore. Mermaid, and Merman. A sienctist found the bodies and brought them back to a lab to run tests. He then wanted live Merfolk in his lab. So... He hired fishermen to catch us and give us to him. We were hunted to extinction. Except... Me."

Tears fell from your eyes. Then you felt something cold touch your face. Jack's hand held your cheek and wiped away your tears with his thumb. He pulled his hand away slightly blushing.

"Sorry," he said. "It's just, I know how you feel. For 300 years, I was invisible. No one could see me or hear me. I thought I would go insane. Then I became a Guardian and then... Kids can see me, they can hear me."

"Wait... How old are you?" you asked.

"I'm 318 years old... Why do you ask?"

"Because, I'm 317 years old, and I saw you on the Mayflower. But you had brown hair and golden brown eyes. Y-you were human!"

Jack's eye widened, "I-I have to go. I'll see you tomorrow. You can tell me more about this Mayflower ship."

Jack took off into the air. You waved good bye and dived down into the water. You swam into your underwater cave, and layed down on your bed of sea grass. You fell asleep and had a dream of walking on land, with your own two legs.
