In fact I didn't do the rain, I just paint the pic then I looked for a background then I just played with the layers and got that

yeah, I realized that you didnt do it, but what I meant was what was the background that you used?
and also if you can please tell me how to do the brightness on the right side like you did it I will appreciate it
sorry for all the questions im just trying to learn photoshop a bit and you did an awesome job so I figured I should ask for some tips.

this is the background [link] about the brightness, I used ....layer " trama" I don't know how to write it in english.... this layer is up overlay color
