It's Precious Gem again! This picture is supposed to show off precious Gems size compared to other ponies. Now, by standard, being a dragon pony, Gem already is much larger than a normal pony - in fact, a young adult pony such as Rainbow Dash might very well stand underneath her belly when Gem was standing at her full height. However, being tall wasn't enough for her, instead, she wants to be giant sized! However, instead of just growing to titanous dimensions, this time she was content with shrinking everyone else. She might not be too careful when dealing with tinies though, and some might go missing in the process, so for the most part she is working with clones made by the magical mirror lake.
The way she's grinning at you might only indicate that you're about to be the next victim of her plays...
As generous as she is, she even allows you to pick the size you are about to get shrunken to though. But be careful what you wish for~
It doesn't look like you are granted some duplicate bodies either.
