Here's a reference sheet of one of the characters for my potential series "Oakwood Tales": An actual guardian angel!I actually did a last minute design change and made his eyes yellow. I think it was a good change.
You know about how cartoons depict your conscience with a lil' devil and a lil' angel. Well, Caleb here is that angel: Jacob's angel if it wasn't obvious. He is a manifestation of positive emotions and makes Jacob's life more manageable in a way. He acts like what you expect a knight to be, honorable, patience, and forgiving. He eases any emotional pain Jacob may have and gives him a boost of confidence. He clearly is the foil to Jack, has Caleb is more stoic, calming, and caring, where Jack is just an unstable batch of negative emotions ready to burst and is constantly leaking. He can be a bit to generous and is too insistent to make Jacob follow him, but considering Jack is a thing, it's understandable.
