Id=f you can't read or see it properly; The top one she's daydreaming about is Hinata Mutou, while the bottom one is his best friend Teru Mikami. Hinata-kun's 'light' is shining, and Teru-kun's 'light' is glaring. Sumino-san's sound effect is "pop", so yea >w<.
I copied this from the manga as well, so all credit except for the drawing goes to "Koko ni iru Yo!" ("I am Here!") by Ema Tooyama! Like I say, it's a great manga and I recommend it to all! XD
