Great stuff! I find, on the average, people don't use their range of pencils enough causing an inadequate amount of shading but you've done a fine job!
I use to work in pencil a lot then got into acrylic i think i might miss it.

Shading is the the most difficult thing next to prospective in artwork in portraits. I think that you have got it nailed now though!
