So... I never intended to evolve Locke. Not only did I imagine it simply being easier to keep him as a Buizel, but Locke, as a character, would probably prefer to stay his regular self (for various reasons).

However, after drawing him as a Floatzel... and discovering how handsome he is and how much stronger he would become... I think it's becoming a much more likely future option.

Anyway, here are some sketches of Floatzel! Locke, and a thing of him using Ice Fang (want him to learn an Ice-type attack).

The way I imagine he uses it is that he gathers water into his mouth, quickly opens his jaws (causing the water to funnel into a 'tooth' like shape as his jaws open apart), and then breath out so that the water hardens into ice (like how they do on LoK and Avatar: Last Airbender).

So uhm... yeah. You guys think Locke to evolve?
