Missy is the daughter of the wicked puppeteer Mesmerelda, but she is different. Missy never wanted to follow the villainous path her mother took and decided to use her skills in a traveling circus. She preformed various acts and enjoyed seeing a smile on everyone's face when people saw her. Skylanders came and one Skylander was horrified to find out this joyful performer is the daughter of a villainous creature. The circus became under attack, so Missy went to protect her home. The Skylander became less terrified of Missy as the attacker vanished. Missy confronted her mother and said she didn't want to become a villain and wanted to be a Skylander. Reluctantly, Mesmerelda accepted her daughter's wish, and joined the Skylanders.
