Hey! This is an order for HP so I can buy my hippogriff horse shows >_> so expensive!
Well, this is a collaboration with the lovely , as she did most of the horse stuff and I kinda just put it together! I think it came out okay. The hair died on me, and I'm lazy and tired and didn't wanna redo it.
SO yepp. Hope you like it ^^
About 6 hours in Adobe Photoshop CS5 with a Wacom Bamboo Craft Pen and Touch tablet on about 30 layers.

the first thing that I noticed that bugged me about this, was the quality of the image. The background is gorgeous, as well as the mane, ribbon and lantern. But the horse itself is blurred and rather grainy. You should try to paint on some details to make it more real looking e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
The ears of the horse are kinda red looking, which is almost opposite from the glow of the lantern. I would recommend making it more of a yellow so it suites e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w… " width="15" height="15" alt="
Since the lantern is in front of the horse, obviously the glow will be in the front. You got it really good on the horse! But if you look at the background, instead of the glow being up in the front near the lantern, its actually off in the background e.deviantart.net/emoticons/x/x… " width="15" height="15" alt="
