Description
i wanted to make a form that didn't practically look like a recolor of the base form, so i change the quills up a bit, and added other stuff.I don't currently have a name for this form, but i was thinking of velocity nico...yeah, don't give me crap for the name.
Anyways, his power is increased obviously, and his speed is increased the most. He is able to make lightning clones of himself,can create lightning storms, is virtually invulnerable to fire,wind, and water.He also gains the ability of telekinesis.
And to make it so his form is not totally op, his limit is that he must charge his power every once in a while due to the fact that he will return to base form and be much weaker.This gives an enemy the opportunity to attack him, as he isΒ powering up, he is vulnerable to anything that can damage him, and also fire, water, and wind can damage him while he is doing this too.After returning to base form, he cannot power up back to this form for 24 hours.
Oh he also becomes slightly sinister and too much hate in this form can cause him to transform into something that he cannot control.

I have to say, this is really a great sprite. The way you change the hair and color is really creative and even the effect you made actually makes it more cooler.

God damn it Nico, I literally just started working on something like this! Oh well, I'll think of something else that doesn't involve an electric based form...
As for a name, on a literal basis, Velocity Nico would not work. Velocity is a vector physical quantity; both magnitude and direction are required to define it. The scalar absolute value (magnitude) of velocity is called "speed", a quantity that is measured in metres per second.
If you're not a super genius, it's basically not something you'd use for an adjective. Something like "Diabolic Drive" would match his somewhat sinister personality trait. But that's just my opinion.
The design matches extremely well for what the form is about. Straight up overwhelming abilities and a scary look to go with it. If this nigga gave me a fucking death stare, I'd move out the damn country and change my name 50 different times just to be safe XD

I pretty smart, but i had no idea that speed was the absolute value of velocity.I thought that "Terminal velocity" was when you break the speed barrier.I dunno why i thought that, but thanks for educating me on this.
Da faq, change your name 50 times, lol.
Oh and diabolic drive is a greeat name to give this form.

Terminal Velocity is basically the fastest speed an item can go if I recall correctly (Correct me if I'm wrong on that. Science is my worst subject XD)

Glad you like the name! It was a scrapped name from one of Jolt's potential transformations (When he was still blue, but I don't think we were friends yet when Jolt was blue XD)
