Again, I'm impressed with the detail in the hair (you do this with a mouse?! o.O My mouse skills absolutely suck!).

Is she meant to be floating? Her body is too rigid for that - it's like she's fully aware of the situation she's in, which contrasts greatly with the expression on her face and the position of her right arm. The way her fingers are positioned isn't really dreamlike, either, but I can understand how difficult it is to draw fingers floating almost lifelessly (I had this same problem for a long time, and honestly, still do). This is where photo reference comes in handy (I should take my own advice). Her feet are off, too, but feet are evil. XD

I love the effect of it - how it starts off really bright and then goes to darkness, and how she's in the middle. The piece looks really good.

You drew this using a mouse? O_O Woww..thats very good!
The hair is very realistic. Hands are very good.

The sleeve facing, I dont think you should have shaded at the end not so much that its totally black and goes with the backround, but lighter black so you can still see it if at all, because without that it makes it look as though the arm facing is actually from behind her. (if the other hand in front of her wasnt there, I would think that the one behing was from her other arm not facing)

Basically, it looks like she is falling,(to me) so it looks a little awkward postioning for her fallling but also have the hand in front of her touching the light or having the light in front.

Besides that , the dress is really pretty, especially where the very bottom left of the dress fades to the darkness is really beautiful, the hair is very realistic. What surprised me the most is that this was drawn with the mouse, your very good drawer, if you had a tablet or something youd be amazing if you could draw something this quality with a mouse.
