Description YESH!!! THIS IS MY OWN DIGIMON FAN CHARACTER!!!!!!

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STEALING OR RECOLORING OR WHATEVER YOU TROLL PEOPLE DO!!!!!

Now that i look at it, this Digimon is kinda a cross/ Love child between Monodramon, the newer version of Greymon from Xros Wars, Guilmon, and what i mainly intended was a VELOSORAPTOR (I hope that how it spelled cuz i have no clue ) you know like the dinosaur XD. You can tell from its one big claw on each foot that it's a Velosoraptor-like Digimon.

For some reason i am thinking about it having water-based attacks, i don't know why but it sounds like a good idea to me. ^^ . This Digimon i believe is going to be a Data Type. I also got his champion design done, i just need to Gimp it. I am still trying to construct his Ultimate and Mega forms so it may be awhile for you to see them. I'm trying to make them PERFECT!!!

He is wearing a shell-like helmet (like what greymon wears) but it has a cool-looking redish orange visor for him to see.

also pointed out to me that the top symbol on his chest looks like a potleaf(you know marijuana XD) I almost died laughing when she told me that. Look at my Digimon being a negative influence to the younger children in the world.

For some reason i made him have 5 fingers/claws. I think it looks cool. And he could do most of the hand positions like what people do like doing a peace sign, rock on sign, for gods sakes even flip people off if he wanted to. And it makes him seem more tough looking because he could REALLY REALLY THRASH HIS OPPONENTS!!!

I am really happy on the colors i chose for this. help me BIG TIME with the colors.!! If you look at my webcam on my page this cool looking dino is in it ^_^.

I actually have another Digimon Fan Character to show you and trust me, it is just as epic win as this one!!

Nice. I really like this. H kind of reminds me of Darkdramon. I, too have been working on an idea for a fanmade digimon. The digimon I thought of is Ctulumon, the mega form of dagomon. Since, dagomon is derived from dagon.

The dinosaur with big claws on it's feet is Deinonichus, as long as I know.

There is also another Dinosaur that has one big long claw and that's a Velociraptor ^^ .

I just looked at Deinonichus and i never realized that they looked so identical. They are almost the same lol.

Cool looking raptor digimon. the colours and design go well with each other.

Here's a tip that i use for name and attacks. do a little research about what the character is based on. You can use a species name for him and some prehistoric names for attacks mixed in with dark and/or machine based names.

My friend actually came up with a name for this guy a while back, i just never mentioned it to anyone yet xD. She came up with "dromaemon" which i think meant the original name for the raptor family or something like that.She wrote more accurate info in the comment on this pic^^.And i think I'm going to stick with that name .

Yeah,coming up with names is one of the most difficult things for me. I can create a pretty decent amount of Digimon fc's (or just fc's in general)i just struggle with name's A LOT xD!
But recently what i have been doing is using google translate for a couple of my character's name's. Because simple words always sound cooler in a different language .

Like for example i just made a digimon fc Feiyumon a while ago. Feiyu means "flying fish" in chinese ^_^.And his champion Dianyumon and dianyu means "electric fish" in chinese as well .

Thanks for the tips ^_-, I'll be sure to use them when I'm coming up with their basic info, attacks and other stuff. I have at least 2 more digimon fan character's i want to show off to the world so i think this will help out some

This is like so epic. I've never seen let alone thought of ever making a fan digimon before. And for this being the first one i've ever seen. Im glad its yours cuz this is so awesome!! He's a really original looking guy. I especially like that visor. It looks cool.
Man Des, seeing you make this makes me wanna make a fan digimon. But i dont know as much as you do. Heck i dont remember much about it anymore either! lol. But when i finally get my computer fixed im so making one, and thanking you for the idea!

Yeah this guy was a pain in the butt to design,but i'm SOOOOO HAPPY THAT YOU LIKE HIM!!

You should make a Digimon FC. It's FUN!! Once you figure something out . And i still have another Digimon Fan Character on the way. I just got to finish drawing the other character's foot . But the next FC is ANOTHER DINOSAUR!!! RAWR!!!!!

To be honest, this didn't take me to much time to draw XD. The hardest thing to draw on this guy was his head The thing that took the longest was differently the COLORS ON THIS GUY!! helped me A LOT with the colors .

Trust me, the next Digimon is going to come out just as nice as this one. I promise

I really like him Des he's super cute! I really like his design and color scheme it's really cool.
And lol if you were going to make him look more like a raptor you'd have to add feathers and a longer snoot which I think would look SILLY on him. And Jarassic park is NOT a good ref of this Dino, it's believe the REAL animals looked much differnet from the way they looked in that movie. X,D Perhaps for a name you can go with something like Dromaemon? Taken from the word "Dromaeosauridae" the REAL name for the raptor family.(The term raptor refers to bird of prey lmao)
If you were going to make him more like a Velociraptor my only tip would be to make him a little hunched over [link] <-- skeletal structure
But other than that I really LOVE this guy, id like to draw him sometime soon, he's got a pretty cool look. I like his visor thing. C:

Dromaemon has a nice ring to it. I may keep that name, i just need to come up with names for his OTHER forms . I was thinking on giving him wings for his Ultimate and Mega forms so now it makes more sense .

Thanks for the pic ^^ . When i get the time i'll make a more accurate body structure for him that fits the pic you linked to me. I'll do a side view of him like the pic you gave me ^_^.

His visor thing does makes him look cool and HAWT!!

before you go and make more digimon please try and finished either remaking him or cerate his digivolve forms from champ to mega in which all look like dino / dragon hybrid or dino / dragon like and not all humanoid & such.

Oh i know Gigan. I own one of the Godzilla games for PS2 and he's in it ^^. He's one of my favorite monsters besides Godzilla of course and Mothra XD

well, to get a better raptor idea look up velociraptor on google images perfer jurrasic park ones also for more vicious dino form look up baynonyx or something like that.

This info will help me a lot , and this will help me when i work on my other Digimon fan character as well (which is also another dinosaur ^_-) I am going to base that Dino off of the Dilophosaurus you know?? That Dino was also in the Jurassic Park movie.

I was thinking maybe on naming him Dilophomon or something related to his species.
What do you think ??

I have a sketch for him already, but now that i look at it, its probably going to need some help I'm probably going to have to redesign him again since he doesn't look much like a Dilophosaurus. But i'll still put his 1st look on Devaintart if your interested in that.

Sorry for the long comment XD. I sometimes have habits of overdoing things and won't stop babbling about stuff So excuse me for that.

first off you've spelled it wrong for it's velociraptor not VELOSORAPTOR
second what on earth is he? is he a dramon {dragon digimon}? third does he have one eye or two? and finaly is all of his forms dramon or dramon like?

Oh thanks for pointing out the spelling error. I didn't think it was right, i was just waiting for someone to correct it for me since i wasn't sure .

I was trying to make him more of a dinosaur type digimon, which explains why i said i wanted him to be more velociraptor-like.

He has 2 eyes . It's difficult to tell because i drew his head from a side view so you couldn't see the other eye, but he does have two eyes.

I am making his other forms more dinosaur type. His champion is more similiar to his rookie form (mainly color wise).I am thinking about making his ultimate and mega forms have wings, but their robotic-type wings and not actually came from his body like natural wings.
