Description Well as i said from my last poll I am OBSESSED WITH DIGIMANZ AGAIN!!! It was soooo random that i got back into them again.I don't know why that i did.It just happened.

Anyways since i'm back into Digimon again i decided to draw some of the characters to see if i could draw them cuz i NEVER drew them before EVA!!!! I am starting off with some of the Digimon people characters first cuz i felt like it. To get some practice on how to draw them correctly, i looked off official pics of them i found on the internet to get an idea on how to draw them.So if you recognize the poses then you know why.

This was actually my second attempt at Digimon characters but this is my first to be put on DA.My first attempt was Tai and it was AWFUL!I felt bad so i didn't put it up cuz it was real bad.BUT if you want to see my fail drawing attempt on Tai just ask me and i may consider putting it up just for the fun of it. ^_-

Okay then if you don't know who this person is his name is Matt from Digimon Season 1.I would tell you his Japanese name but i can't remember it at the moment. This drawing took me less then 15 MINUTES TO DRAW!!! The only reason i drew it so quick was that during my lunch at school i go into the computer room to do all sorts of stupid things and on of my things i wanted to do was draw Digimon characters.I only had around 15 minutes to get this drawing done and i did and i am soooo proud of myself.

And so to prevent your brains from melting any more from this LONG COMMENT I will stop now.
Please tell me what you think about this pic so i can further improve on other work relating to this. ^^

Yeah, not many people that i know remember it either but a few. It pretty much died where i live XD They don't sell anything Digimon related in any store XD.Even when it was popular when it first came out to the United States. I was lucky to find what i got.

I just wish i really got in to it when i was younger,then i would have had alot more stuff then i got now XD. What i mainly have is a bunch of VCR tapes of episodes and the official movie.^^ I just recently got a tape that had the first 3 episodes of season 1 at a flea market for 3 dollars. XD

I wish i could watch episodes on the internet, but i have a very SLOW computer and can't watch anything. I have dumb dial-up internet D:

That is so cool!! I also have a tape with
*episodes 4-6
*episodes 7-9
*The episodes when agumon and gabumon first digivolved to mega(when they were fighting Myotismon/Venommyotismon)
*The episodes when they were fighting piedmon for the 2nd time.

That's just for Season 1 XD

*I have the first 3 episodes for season 2 as well ^^

*i have a tape for Season 3 of Digimon.

*I now have a dvd of Digimon Data Squad with 3 episodes and also a collection set with like 25 episodes on DVD.

I wish i could track down the full seasons of all the Digimon seasons set on DVD somewhere.I would love to watch them all one day when i have nothing to do

Its just so weird i got back into Digimon again. Its strange.
Yeah i remember watching the T.V show when it was on. It was so cool. But you can't see it anymore which is sad.Unless you have VCR tapes of them like i do.

I have a whole bunch of Digimon games. I got all the Digimon world games, Digimon rumble arena 1 and 2 and I have the Digimon Data Squad game.

Kay this just looks outstanding, I can't believe how close to Digimon style this looks! The shading on his pants and shirt are sparta! The lines looks so smooth in the shading, you sure you dun use a tablet. xD I hate you, you work better with mouse than I do with my tabby.

YOU MAKE ME SOOOO HAPPY!!!

I can't believe i was able to get this close to the original style either.I am so amazed and proud of myself .The most difficult part to do was the shading.The lineart is pretty easy to do once you got the right thickness.

If you want to know my secret.....all i used was the pencil tool on Gimp nothing else you really needed. For the thickness of the pencil i used 0.18 and then switched the lineart to pencil like you do with SA style.Then for the shading i used the line tool and used the same color of shading i was using and made the lines then i used the paintbucket tool to fill it in.
I hope this made enough sense cuz i'm not so good at explaining things.

When you get the chance and you want to try this style. It's very easy and quick to do once you get used to it.
