This Item was made by Bill on Google 3D Warehouse. All I did was convert it into a MMD Accessory and a PMD Item.The 2nd item to be converted, but the very FIRST to be made into a PMD file as well. This is a Pimp Hat with a feather in it.
NOTE: This item has been rigged to a bone that was already included with it. To make the hat follow your models Head, you can either:
1. Re-rig the hat to follow your models HeadBone
or
2. Set the hat's rigged bone to follow your models HeadBone.
