Damn it Illustrator! DX ! I've been so accustomed to my dear Photoshop that I forgot a bit how to use Illustrator :c and Obviously I think this has many problems with the vectorization. u.uWhy I did this? Just was xD ... okay nope, they both are my favorite girls from Codename: Kids Next Door. YES, is strange that a girl who never appeared monotonically is one of my fav girls and EVEN she doesn't has an official name!! (Everybody knows her under the name of Ashley, and I like that, but it is only a fan-name u.u). And well, I wanted to draw them together, and the best situation was make them fighting for some reason, because obviously they both hate each other xD... so, the reason became this. Besides, they are very similar and never (For obvious reasons) interacted.... alone XD

"KND Sector V's classroom has a popularity vote set by Mrs.Thompson. Many girls decided to join as Lizzie joins too to make Nigel proud (let's say this ep. is before the Operation: Girlfriend). Abby doesn't care, but she and other team suggested Kuki to participate, much to Wally's secret wish and at the same time fear. However, one of the Delightful Children, Ashley, challenges her as she proclaimed herself to be the most prettiest girl. Then the Sector V proudly said the winner of the popularity vote could get anything she wants (for Kuki, she wants to go to Carnival with Wally, ALONE. Meanwhile, Ashley seems to liking the idea, especially having the leader of Sector V, all for herself). For one week until the result, it's up to Kuki to win the vote."
.....or something like that? (And YES, I kinda like a crack pairing like Numbuh 1x Ashley and I'm not ashamed of it)

It's an idea, but I feel they need something to fight for. Like Sector V has to get some device out from under a modeling walkway, and when they get there, a school beauty peagent is going on.
The group is making a plan when Numbuh Three just goes and joins up, which prompts Ashley to do so out of sheer narcism (and the two of them fight on stage while the Dcftl and Sector V have it out under the stage).

I think your idea is awesome. What if, like in Operation E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S, the DCFDTL cheat and so it looks like Ashley wins, but Sector Z finds out about it and rush to save Numbuh?

Yeah exactly! And the sector V rescues their numbuh 1 and prove their teacher that DCFDTL cheated. So in the end, Ashley lose. But the winner is different person (she's not Kuki LOL)
