when use the model (Len) his clothes & eyes have no color, samething for rin.

That sounds like a problem with texture files...

Well, first, did you leave the folder intact as you downloaded it? If so, look in the folder- do you see a folder with a picture of an eye? Also, do you see any texture files? I'm not sure if .sph and .spa files are texture files, but you should have thoes in the folder.
Also... you DID extract the files, right?
