How to make .spa/.sph files and use them on a model:[forgot to add the icon on the tutorial' Whatever..]
It looks like a really long tutorial, but i showed everything from A to B so that's why it's long and everything is there. So.. Yeah, nothing more to add.

In Windows Explorer (for Win7) no 'Folder Option' button.

so i saved the file as "bmp", now it's name is "d.bmp", i renamed it to "d.spa" but it's still a "bmp", it's name now is "d.spa.bmp", it won't change, Help!

You should disable "Hide extensions for known file types" on folder options, if you are using windows

i have a question about the 250 by 250... does it need to be 250px by 250px or 250in by 250in?

I think I have a slight problem. I converted my skin.bmp file to an spa file and put it on my model and nothing happened. I checked where I typed it in and there were small red letters. but not the ones with "sp*" in it. Did I do anything wrong?

it's white on black
and .spa extension
and it's in the model's folder
and the parts it's applied to are all black

Is changing the file extension on a black square going to do anything, or do I need a gradient? I've been trying to find a leather.spa file everywhere, but I had to resort to making one myself. It's NOT WORKING!

as far as i know spa files work sometimes better on a dark surface and sph sometimes work better on light surfaces

Windows 7 doesn't have the folder options like that. But I sound how to do it. You gotta go to the control panel and do it through there.
