I'm not showing basic stuff, watch other tutorials for that.Editing models in PMD Editor:
Some of you get problems with joints/physics and bones. Well let's look how to edit models ^^ I'm not saying that i am a pro, but by knowing this you can always correct something or make it better. Some models don;t have so much body like nakao ones, but this is just to show how to avoid problems. And i'm not saying that this will solve your problems, sometimes they are deeper, but this really helps.

you need to use a modeling program like metasequoia, blender or other that would later let you convert the mesh to mmd files

of course, you can model them yourself in metaseqiuoa, blender and other programs that export to directx or even pmd

When it comes to a part where you need to change the size of the physics, I want to change the size of it but it wont let me. instead it just stays there at its current size. Do you know whats causing this to happen?

my PMD Editor working so perfect, so to make pmd editor working Successfully...(i have win. 7 and its work in win. xp too)
First, download the DirectX 9 SDK from [link]
then,download DirectX End-User from [link]
and download NET Framework 4 client profile from....

NOTE!!: CHECK IF U HAVE IT ALREADY BEFORE DOWNLOADING!!
and install them all...not in the same time of course !
Finally, .... download PMD Editor from this awesome tutorial by ~xXHIMRXx
then run it !! it work!!

um i was wondering. I have the latest version of PMDE but after I delete so many bones, it won't let me delete anymore, or its not showing as them being gone.

That's a common thing and i have no idea how to fix this, that's why i delete all bone i don't need at first try

when you right-click on a part in one of the tablets [the one in the middle with numbers] choose kanji with end (P)
