Kinda like my previous character render for Ben Skywalker, this was born from the realization that full body artworks for this character are pretty scarce online. And no offense to anyone else, but the ones that are out there fuckin' suck. Thus, here yuh go.

This png was kit-bashed together using the two images below. As with all my renders. Though it would be appreciated, credit is not required. feel free to use at your own leisure.

For anyone unfamiliar with Jacen Solo, no he's not an OC. Much like Ben Skywalker, he hails from the (canon at the time) Star Wars novels released between the 90s and 2000s. He's the son of Princess Leia and Han Solo. And in the novels has two siblings, a twin-sister named Jaina and a younger brother named Anakin (yes, named after that one.) If you've never heard of him at all. This render would probably lead you to believe he's a stereotypical "good guy". But alas, you would be incorrect. While he does undergo some brief Jedi training under the tutelage of Luke Skywalker and others, he is eventually seduced by the dark side and transforms into Darth Caedus. random thoughts section: So lately, it seems Disney has been reintroducing Legends concepts into the new canon. Some examples would be the mention of Dash Rendar in "Star Wars: A Solo Story" and some of the scenes from the Boba Legends novels being straight adapted in The Book of Boba series. That's pretty cool, and gives me hope that some of my favorite stories are perhaps not completely dead and gone. Jacen on the other hand, I fear a return to canon is out of the question. While the argument of him and his siblings being elsewhere during the sequel trilogy can be made, it wouldn't explain how they're never mentioned by anyone.

Kylo Ren connection: Something else to note, many in the Star Wars fan community tend to believe the creation of Kylo Ren was inspired by Jacen Solo, at least in the sense of Han having a son who "went bad". This is something I myself tend to side with. The reason I see Jacen never returning is because Disney probably feels he already has. In the form of his spiritual successor Kylo Ren. At this point I think our only hope to see him or any other second generation Legends characters would have to be in a "Spider-Man: No Way Home" style multiversal cross-over. Don't even know if I would dig that, But I would indeed love to see Jacen in live action some day. Anyway cheers everyone, enjoy the render!
