They were talking,and talking...I felt jealous,but I did not know of what,or who...
He came close to her,and he hugged her again,and I could see his hand sliding down,HE WAS REACHING FOR HER ASS!!
I preferred to be a gentleman and just ignore it,maybe my eyes were deceiving me...I felt like the third wheel and I just went over to Chris,he was calling HQ.
-Chris to HQ,we found the subject,requesting a rescue chopper,and a medic,he's infected but aware.
I could hear HQ from Chris's headset saying:
-"Was he hostile?"
-Negative,but we need to extract the Veronica Virus,to make sure it does not fall into terrorist hands
-"Copy that,the rescue chopper is on it's way,and we're sending "her",to make sure that the virus is fully extracted"
"Her",do they mean...
-Rebecca?!
-"Affirmative,Chris"
-Alright...
Chris was worried,I could tell...
-What the hell are you lookin' at,Kennedy?
All that anger inside me,I just wanted to punch the hell out of him,but I kept a hold of myself,for Claire and I asked politely:
-I was just wondering if you know who the subject is?
-I do...his name is Steve...Burnside,I think,why do you ask?
-it's just that...
-Him and Claire?
-Yeah...How'd they meet each other?
-Kennedy,maybe you should ask Claire about this...
He turned around,he was leaving,but I stopped him:
-Chris,please,just tell me,were they...
-yeah,I'm sorry Kennedy.
-Alright...Thank you Chris...
