I like her relaxed pose, and the hair as well. You were able to give the texture feeling with the pencil. Like it a lot.
I would just want to point a few things that I think it could be better.
Be very careful with the anatomy. You drew a difficult pose, what is good, but also easy to make mistakes. Her head looks a bit too big while compared to the body, and her legs a little short. Try to imagine her standing and you'll notice.
Also, the biggest problem is her left arm. It seems "off" the rest of the body, and too thin comparing to her right one. The forearm should be bigger, even though it's in perspective.
And the last thing is her right hand. I'm confused about the first and last finger. It looks like the hand is inversed, like she had two left hands.
I hope you don't mind the critics, I'm just trying to help fellow artists to improve, as much as I want them to come and criticize my work. It's always good to have a constructive opinion.
Try to use photo references or even look at the mirror, It can help a lot when drawing the human body.

Yeah. It's the same with me, I only notice most of the mistakes when I'm finished and look at it with fresh eyes.
