OMG this was really hard to figure out how to make ice cream scoops look super cute, i still don't know how i feel about this piece yet.it's rock hard though and on a soft hair band, it has glittery frosting under the whipped cream.

I know! I hate having that head thing in my bedroom, and thank you, most girls don't like cupcakes on their heads but I try to make my head bands look as realistic as possible.
