Well... this is a completely experimental and totally random piece that came out of nowhere. I was doing some other stuff and got bored of it so decided to watch Tanner Morrow's tutorial on how to make vintage look, and so used some of the techniques. Guess you can call this vintage.Since it's completely random, I had to dig a little into my thoughts and came out with a conclusion that this piece is about girls who think that their beauty is about make up... Well, it's not... call me old fashioned, but I think so... If a girl is beautiful, she is beautiful with or without make up... Others, put make up to become beautiful, hence they are wearing a mask, hiding their true selves.
There was a stock reference, but I lost the original source, so let me know if you find it somewhere along sxc.hu
Critique is encouraged seeing as this is something new for me. Thanx!

Great job. Maybe make the lines of the eyes and nose thicker and more bold, to match the ones in the hair?

well i guess that could work, but with all the new works i have and considering the amount of free time i get i dont think ill be going back to this for a while if at all, but thanx for the input, ill definitely consider if i do anything like this in the future

Its flows nicely, the hands seem a little...thick, but its still very good.

i come to realize that the hand problem probably comes from the way the are at the bottom, where the abstract part takes over them, but in reality, the hands werent rendered that far...

for some reason i picture this as the back of like playing cards, i really like the variety of color without going overboard, everything seems to really work well together, anywho nice work

i like it without the chin line actually .. i think the hands are a bit manly [unless that was intentional] but other than that it looks great. i totally agree with your statement, too.
